SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary pump 10, for example centrifugal sludge pump. Proposed pump gas main housing 12 accommodating impeller 18 running in chamber 16 formed between end bearing 25, 28 and peripheral main section of casing 24. End bearing 28 fitted on the impeller suction end is sealed by O-ring 32 adjoining aforesaid main section of casing 24. Pipe section 36 that passes along the pump axis is integrated with end bearing 28 and stationary pipe inlet section 40. Bearing surfaces 38, 44 on pipe sections 35, 40 seat on opposite sides of the chamber accommodating circular axle 50 that extends to displace end bearing 28 to eliminate whatever wear-caused clearance relative to impeller 18.

EFFECT: easier replacements.
