Oil and gas pipeline is made from steel or metal ceramic or polymers; installation depth is 29 to 15000 m from water surface; bottles are made from steel or metal ceramic or polymers or elastic materials; bottles have diametre of 0.001 -100 m; nitrogen or inert gas pressure in bottles is 0.0001 - 500 Mpa; bottles are installed at the distance of 0.001-2000 m from each other; casing pipes with bottles are made from steel or metal ceramic or polymers or elastic materials; bottles have diametre of 0.001-100 m; nitrogen or inert gas pressure in bottles is 0.0001-500 MPa; bottles are installed at the distance of 0.001-2000 m from each other; the main compressor station is connected to steel or metal-ceramic or polymeric casing pipes of the platform and bottles are fixed with ropes and anchors at small depth, and at great depth of 4000-15000 m the main platform is attached with ropes and anchors connected to bottles and anchors to the sea bottom.
