SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of heating, ventilation, hot and cold water supply and heating supply of edifices. Heating and cold water supply system of edifice containing main pipe lines of heating and cold water supply laid to an edifice, metre stop, heat metre, watermetre, distributing pipelines of cold water supply, delivery and return pipe lines of heating supply, corresponding risers, thermo transformer units with a heat exchanger, attached to the pipe line with the mixer tap of water supply by one hollow on the outlet, and on the inlet - to the riser of cold water supply, to the delivery pipe line by another hollow of the hear exchanger on the inlet, and to return riser of heating supply on the outlet, and circulation rings of consumer heating system with delivery and return branches. Supply system is equipped with auxiliary delivery and return pipe line with an activator, one of the pipe lines is connected with the heat exchanger on the outlet of the pipe line with the mixer tap of water supply, and the second - with the heat exchanger in the input of the pipe line from the riser of cold water supply, and each circulation ring of consumer heating systems is connected with the corresponding auxiliary pipe line on the inlet side of the activator by the branches.

EFFECT: simplification of system implementation, increase of use efficiency of mounted equipment, decrease of total dimensions of thermal transformer.
