FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric measurement equipment and is intended for measurement of commercial frequency alternating current parametres in systems of automatic regulation of electric machine excitation in generating plants. Device comprises amplitude detector, three moving average units, three linear converters, clock oscillator, counter of binary pulses, phase detector and channel of current amplitude measurement.
EFFECT: continuous measurement of amplitude of voltage and current, frequency and difference of phases between them with delay in quarter of period under conditions of availability of additive and phase noise, and high-order harmonics multiple to main frequency of measured signals.
