SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine field, namely to surgical dentistry. Method of intraoral access to maxillary sinus for filling material removal includes anaesthetisation, performing cut, peeling of mucosa-periosteum flap, filling material removal, suturing of wound. Bone saw-cut is carried out by ultrasonic device "Piezosurgery" at the angle of 35°. Washing of bone cavity 0.1% is carried out by solution of dioxydinum, then processing of cavity through 0.05% solution of myramistin with wave guide from device "Optodan" during 3 minutes is carried out, edges of bone wound and autotransplant are glued together with calcium-glue composition based on calcium hydroxyapatite, (3-tricalciumphosphate and medical glue in ratio 2.0:1.0:0.5, bones are processed by low-frequency ultrasound from device "УРСК-7Н-21М" during 2 minutes, bioresorbable Collost membrane, Diplen-Denta film with metronidazole are put on.
EFFECT: reduction of post-operation complications quantity and acceleration of wound healing.
