FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention refers to oil and gas producing industry. The procedure of cementing of wells consists in preparation of buffer and backfilling solutions, in their successive pumping into a cased column and in pressurising them into annular space with driving solution; as buffer solution sedimentation resistant fine dispersed aerated solution of 20-250 mm flowability is used; it contains sand of more, than 1 mm fraction, fine dispersed claydite, expanded clay activated at temperature 900-1000°C with specific surface 400-600 m²/kg, an air-involving component - sililene - and tempering fluid at specified ratio of components; also, at first buffer solution of controlled density of not more 1650 kg/m³ is pumped, then the backfilling solution of controlled density from 1400 kg/m³ to 1700 kg/m³ is pumped; further driving is carried out from annular space to buffer solution with a driving agent.

EFFECT: procedure can be implemented at construction and pull-out of hole of various purposes.
