FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to displacement pumps intended for pumping out aggressive and salt-containing fluids, including oil, from wells. Proposed pump comprises housing accommodating flexible diaphragm that divides it into chamber for actuating and pumped-out fluids. Chamber for pumped-out fluid communicates, via suction valve arranged on the chamber lower end face wall, with the well, and, via pressure valve arranged on the side of upper end face wall, with the channel discharging pumped-out fluid into tubing string. Actuating fluid chamber communicates with actuating fluid source. Note that pumped-out chamber accommodates perforated wall that makes a surface of contact with flexible diaphragm at overpressure inside actuating fluid chamber. Pump housing incorporates additional flexible diaphragm that makes extra pumped-out fluid chamber with additional perforated wall to come in contact with additional flexible diaphragm. Pumped-out chamber is arranged between flexible diaphragms. Shape of the chamber perforated walls coincides with that of flexible diaphragm.
EFFECT: higher reliability, increased life between repairs.
