FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary, namely to devices and facilities dispersing aerosol from container in closed room when medical and preventive, sanitary and hygienic measures are to be taken to treat animals, birds and rooms. The device is provided with a converter allowing for operating from stand-alone (storage batteries, batteries or etc) or from car or light electric power supply. A gear is fixed to the shaft of gear-type electric motor. The gear teeth are permanently interconnected with the same gear teeth of push rod displacing vertically. The push rod has disc where container is installed.

EFFECT: improved comfort for operator, simple design and increased reliability of device operation.
