SUBSTANCE: device comprises delay time estimation unit, Q - channel linear filter of decomposition, multipliers, the first restorative summator, unit of strobes generation, matched filter, the second channel that comprises unit of inverters and cross links, introduced multipliers and the second restorative summator, and also summator, shift register, matched filter. At the same time delay time estimation unit includes shift register, unit of weight coefficients, summator and a threshold circuit. The inlet signal consisting of additive mixture of vide frequency video manipulated signals with various amplitudes and delays, coded with M-sequence, arrives to the inlet of delay time estimation unit, where, after matched filtration in time area, the signal is sent to threshold circuit, in case threshold of threshold circuit is exceeded, signal is sent to start operation to unit of strobes generation. Signal from the last outlet of the shift register in delay time estimation unit arrives to the inlet of Q-channel linear filter of decomposition, signal is decomposed into orthogonal components and is sent to according multipliers and unit of inverters and cross links, where mirror pulse characteristics of Q-channel linear filter of decomposition are generated, with the help of unit of strobes generation and multipliers, the components of strong disturbing signal are cut, and with the help of restorative summators the signal structure is restored.

EFFECT: elimination of ambiguity peaks in mutual correlation function.
