SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device of shoe fastening on sport product. Device contains system of holding, by which shoe is fastened on given sport product with possibility of its movement with respect to sport product between a lower position and an upper position and system of elastic return of shoe in its lower position, with holding system functioning independently on system of elastic return, and the latter is rigidly connected with beforehand assembled unit.
EFFECT: device is simple, inexpensive and ensures positioning of connective element, by which system of elastic return is in indirect way connected with shoe.
