SUBSTANCE: herbicidal composition contains a) non-mixing with water phase, containing: i) triazolin herbicide and ii) one or several aromatic solvents and b) water phase, containing: i) glifosate and ii) emulsifier, containing at least one taurate salt. Taurate salt constitutes from 1.5% to 2.5% by weight of all components in total composition. Method of controlling undesirable plants includes application of herbicidally-efficient quantity of composition on area where such control is desirable. A) Triazolin herbicide is combined with one or several aromatic solvents and heated. B) Glifosate, emulsifier and water are combined and mixed until mixture is dispersed. C) Mixture of stage a) is combined with mixture of stage b) and emulsified.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase composition stability.
