SUBSTANCE: invention refers to testing engineering. The installation consists of a base, a straight line guide assembled thereon, of two gripping devices for a sample, one of which is connected with a flexible element of a linear form and is installed in the straight line guide, of a curved guide whereon the second gripping device is installed and of a mechanism of the second gripping device transfer. The curved guide has a decreasing radius of curve. The straight line guide is assembled on a rotating axis and is connected with its side surface with one end of a radial stop, the second end of which is connected with the flexible element secured on the base. Flexible elements are replaceable and can be selected by ratio of their rigidity.
