SUBSTANCE: suggested invention is related to computer engineering facilities and may be used in optical devices for information processing. Suggested optical analog memory nanodevice comprises a group of optical taps, input optical nanofibre, optical nanofibre of record control signal, optical nanofibre of reading control signal, output optical nanofibre, optical nanofibre unitor, four optical nanofibre Y-spliter, three pairs of telescopic nanotubes, containing internal and external nanotubes, the first and second optical nanofibre N-output taps, output optical N-input nanofibre unitor, optical N-input nanofibre unitor of feedback and source of permanent optical signal, which are accordingly coupled to each other.
EFFECT: solution of task on storage of both coherent and incoherent optical analog signals with efficiency of recording and reading, potentially possible for optical processor schemes, and also tasks of nanosize realisation of device.
