SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities that facilitate trade of emission permits and compensations between participants. Method includes the following operations: schedule of emissions reductions is established for specific participants on the basis of information about emissions represented by these participants, and amounts of debits or credits are identified for each participant to provide for compliance with the schedule of emissions reduction. Computer system realises method operations.
EFFECT: reduced extent of environmental pollution due to reduction of greenhouse gases by establishment of limitations and tenders for emission permits.
