SUBSTANCE: valve actuator relates to hydraulic automatics and is used in fluid drives with manual or remote control, for instance in hydromechanical steering fluid drives of follow-up controls of aircrafts and can be used in any field of industry where there are used systems of manual, mechanical or remote control. Valve actuator is implemented with plane rotary valve and center drive in the form of united block-module with ability of convenient and easy embedding directly into casing of fluid drive and autonomous treatment of specifications - expansion of operation and building capabilities ensured by considerable expansion of existing range of rotation angles of input drive and valve from neutral initial position with providing of its hydrodynamic unloading and stability to possible self-excited oscillations of control system of aircraft.
