FIELD: water supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water purification by filtration through bulk materials and can be used in all types of filters for chemical water treatment systems in different industries. The unit comprises perforated pipes and slotted elements in the form of cylinders set on them. The slot elements are mounted on the pipes at a distance from each other and consist of the ribs rigidly connected to the triangle wire rows set with a gap between the adjacent wire rows. The pipes are perforated at the sections where the slot elements are mounted.
EFFECT: design simplification, its solidity and reliability improvement, reduced cost of its production and use.
