FIELD: transport, conveyors.
SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor comprises rollers (9) of the device designed to prevent lumps from rolling down and representing radially oriented blades (12) made from elastic material and fitted axle sleeves. The number of blades on every roller amounted to three to four. Roller axes are fitted on vertical dual bell cranks jointed together by crosspiece and hinged on flat-topped posts fixed to the frame. Opposite arms of said bell cranks accommodate counterweights (19, 20) to displace along said arms and be fixed thereon. Torque generated by every counterweight relative to the axis is taken smaller than that generated opposite arm of bell crank that faces load-carrying run of conveyor belt. Crosspiece (13) seats on bell crank arm (18) located above hinge (15).
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability, and reduced power consumption.
