SUBSTANCE: intermediate film for laminated glass includes at least each layer made from heat-protection layer and UV protection layer. Heat-protection layer has screening properties of electromagnetic waves equal to 10 dB or less, at frequency of 0.1 MHz to 26.5 GHz; mattness is 1.0% or less; visible light transmission is 70% or more and solar radiation transmission is 85% or less, against visible light transmission in the wave length range of 300 to 2100 nm. UV protection layer has UV transmission of 35.2% or less, which is measured in accordance with SAE J1796.

EFFECT: improving stability and keeping initial coefficient of visible light transmission in conditions of long-term usage of the film placed between two glass plates in the light.
