FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: device for cooling and heating of building rooms is proposed. Its casing (14) is fitted by an inlet for circulating air and an outlet for the conditioned air. A heat exchanger unit (1) with a fan (4) is mounted in the casing; the fan (4) is set on the outlet heat exchanger side (1) and a condensate collecting tank (2) is set below the heat transferring surface of the heat exchanger (1). The heat transferring surface of the heat exchanger (1) on both ends is tightly enclosed by a casing (14) fitted by a tightly closed cover (7). The heat transferring surface of the heat exchanger (1) is made as a ring section in the form of a cylinder with its axis being perpendicular to the direction of the horizontal flow of incoming circulating air and the cylinder open part along its total height is closely attaching to the vertical closing wall of the casing (14). A suction fan (4) is mounted in the inside of the said cylindrical heat transferring surface; the fan outlet is passing with a seal through the casing (14) vertical closing wall in the area of the open part of the heat exchanger (1) heat transferring surface cylinder and is connected to an air distribution element (10) by means of a distributing air duct (9) through a diffuser (8).
EFFECT: reduced noise level.
