FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: method is aimed at the supply of incoming air in a multi-storey building. Incoming air is supplied from the building top to the intake ventilation unit, filtered by a fresh air fan and check valve, heated up to +21°C and fed to an air duct passing from top to bottom through all storeys. Afterwards the calculated volume of the incoming air is extracted from the common air duct through the flow distribution valves into separate flats; an air duct in the flat is equipped by a channel heater serving for heating of the air up to +70°C. The channel heater and respectively the temperature conditions in the flat are controlled from a control board installed in each flat. Positive balance of air pressure is produced in the flat, used air is withdrawn from the flat outdoors through the exhaust ventilation system comprising an exhaust air duct passing through all building storeys, an exhaust check valve, an exhaust fan removing used air from each flat.
EFFECT: ensuring optimal air supply.
