FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: tipping two-axle semitrailer consists of running gear (1) tipping body (6) actuated by hydraulic jack. Hydraulic jack outer tube has channels with ball-shaped retainers interacting with jack smaller-diametre tube bottom to lock it in upper position, or with permanent magnets rigidly fixed on arms of bell cranks hinged on aforesaid outer tube. Opposite arms of bell cranks are hinged to tie rod fixed relative to semitrailer axis. Note that outer and smaller-diametre tube are made from non-magnetic material.

EFFECT: reduced personal injuries in repair or preventive maintenance.
