FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of structural heat-insulated aerated concrete manufacture provides for mixing water, siliceous component and binder and introducing water-aluminium suspension while blending. Method also includes laying aerated concrete mixture into the box and curing. As siliceous component, production wastes of crystalline silica are used, which are represented as dust entrapped during furnace gas cleaning and fine fractions of crystalline silica to 10 mcm from silica milling. Before all components are mixed, water is heated to 80-95°C.
EFFECT: improved strength of aerated concrete.
