FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, in particular to production of flour confectionary products. Method provides for mixing of components and dough kneading according to the recipe. After that kneaded dough is enriched with air by supplying compressed air inro contained with dough.
EFFECT: invention allows to provide more homogenous distribution of dough components, increase dough quality and in consequence quality of products baked from it, increase storage life.
