FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to coffee substitutes production technology and represents manufacturing method of instant powder for chicory-grape drink. Brown laurel is extracted by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Prepared chicory; is cut, dried in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of chicory inside the bits till temperature 80-90°C during at least an hour. Grapes refuses are fried and dried in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave filed power providing warming of grapes refuses inside the mass till temperature of 80-90°C during at least an hour and are dried till residual humidity about 5% by convective method. Chicory and grapes refuses are mixed in mass ratio 3:2, obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.

EFFECT: method allows to produce flavoured drink according to nonwaste technology.
