Mobile reservoir comprises body, fuelling tube entering casing, and elastic-resilient steam extractor that surrounds its external part and is connected to fuelling tube, and also steam extraction tube. Elastic-resilient steam extractor drains vapors accumulated underneath inside specified emptied mobile reservoir. Steam extraction tube is arranged with at least one dead branch.

EFFECT: reduced level of environmental pollution and lower risks of fire hazardous situation.
