SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building materials and can be implemented at production of partition plates and panels, architecture, noise damping and other items, ventilation blocks, building mortars for internal parts of a building and for dry plaster. The plaster composition consists of semi-water plaster, an additive and water characterised with pH from 7.7 to 8.3; as an additive there is used a composition containing wt %: 96-99 water, 1-4 polyhexamethylene-guanidine with average molecular weight 900-2100 D and general said formula and an additional filler - basalt powder at the following ratio of components, wt %: semi-water plaster 55-55.4, the said additive 1.6-3.9, basalt powder 10.8-11.0, and said water - the rest.

EFFECT: raised durability and introduction of fungicidal properties.
