FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used at manufacturing of sugar from beet, inulin from chicory and topinambour and other soluble substances from vegetable raw material. Continuously working diffusion apparatus, includes two connected in bottom part by means of pipe vertical columns, one of which is outfitted by device for charging of chips and device for withdrawal of diffusion juice, and other - by device for discharge of marc and feeding device for solvent, countercurrent to movement of chips. In pipe, connecting columns, it is installed screw with perforated coils. In bottom part of column, outfitted by discharging device of marc, it is located drain conduit disc with ability of periodic vertical motion for movement of chips to specified device, herewith this column is outfitted by perforated gate, periodically introduced into it at placement of drain conduit disc ion its top position for prevention of chips movement in opposite direction.

EFFECT: more simple design of proposed apparatus in comparison to well-known and reduction of power inputs during the operation.
