SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measuring techniques. The system contains a control unit, input unit, output unit, switch, stimulating signals and voltage unit, a unit for the electrical parametre control and measuring system, information exchange line system. In each switch cell of the first level switch unit there are k switch elements with memory, for example a trigger-relay, connected in a pyramid or matrix decoder-multiplexer circuit, with 2k-1 groups of switch contacts, a bus for controlling switch cells, a bus for control-stimulating signals, one of which is common, and a general reset bus.
EFFECT: wider functional capabilities.
