FIELD: physics; optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a lens with formation of an image on a CCD matrix. The lens comprises a positive meniscus, whose concave surface faces the image space and a lens made from biconcave and biconvex lenses stuck together, all arranged in series on an optical axis, a single negative meniscus whose concave surface faces the object space, a single biconvex lens, a single positive meniscus whose concave surface the image space and biconcave lens. The distance between the single negative meniscus and the biconvex lens is not less than 0.47 of the focal distance of the lens. The distance between the single biconvex lens and the single positive meniscus is not less than 0.09 of the focal distance of the lens. The total optical power of all components of the lens does not exceed 0.004 mm-1.
EFFECT: increased aperture ratio and increased field of view of the lens while retaining high image quality.
