SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multichannel systems for converting and transmitting information with time multiplexing and can be used in measurement techniques and communication devices. The device has a multiplexer, a controller, a trigger, an AND component, a binary counter, a time-pulse sequence generator, a power amplifier, a code-controlled amplifier, a programmable memory module, a binary p-bit counter and an analogue-to-digital converter.
EFFECT: reduced weight and size due to cutting on the number of matching devices to just one, which is common for all measurement channels.
