FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry, particularly to process of coffee drink production. The method of production of aromatised girasol-sunflower-grape drink consists in the following operations. Jeera is extracted with liquid nitrogen and miscella is separated. Girasol-sunfloweris prepared and cut. It is dried in SHF field to residual moisture about 20%. Grape husks are dried in SHF field to residual moisture about 20%. Girasol-sunflower is roasted, while grape husks are finish dried to residual moisture about 5% by a convective method. Further products are mixed, poured over with separated miscella, and cryo-milled in medium of liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention expands assortment of coffee substitutes produced by non-waste process.
