FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sports medicine and diagnostics. The anaerobic exchange threshold (ANET) is evaluated through conductivity parametres of biologically active points (BAPs). It is ensured by examining the representative associate points of the right branches of pulmonary (Pl) and intestinal (IG r) meridians and left branches of renal (IL) and hepatic (Fl) meridians. The ANET values is evaluated in units l/min by formula: ANET = 2.64 - 4.56·P (r) + 4.61· IG (r) - 1.15·R (l) + 9.15·F (l), where: 2.64 is a free term (constant of regulation); P (r), IG (r), R (l), F (l) are conductivity parametres measured in the representative points-helper associate points of branches of pulmonary, intestinal, renal and hepatic meridians, respectively; r is a right branch of the meridian; l is a left branch of the meridian; - 4.56; 4.61;-1.15 and 9.15 are weight factors of said branches of meridians.
EFFECT: method expands possibilities of ANET evaluation, improves its information value and objectivity, and reduces examination time.
