FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry and aims at perfecting high cross-country capacity vehicle propulsors. Proposed propulsor comprises tight elastic enclosure representing cylindrical hose with turned out and tightly interjointed ends that features degenerated torus shape on filling it with pressurised air. Enclosure top part is embraced by closed chain coupled with drive tooth wheel to move said chain between enclosure inner surfaces and over outer surfaces of enclosure top part. Said chain is in mesh with carriages fastened to inner and outer surfaces on enclosure top part at a distance between the carriages and across enclosure top part. Note here that said carriages are linked up with the help of hinged links, at their adjacent ends. Every end of each carriage has a ball to roll over the guides attached to vehicle frame furnished with limiters of enclosure lateral shifts. Said carriages are thread-jointed to enclosure top part outer and inner surfaces via sleeves arranged in valves designed to pump air into enclosure.
EFFECT: longer life, higher course stability.
