SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile communication system. In the present invention which is meant for reconfiguring a common channel, a first control message is received, indicating modification of configuration of the first common channel through the first common channel and a second control message is received through the second common channel, based on the first control message. The first channel is reconfigured by using the second control message. Also according to the invention a mobile terminal can include a processor unit through which the common channel is reconfigured.
