FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for harvesting of grains and cleaning of non-fanned heap includes separation of plants from stems by means of combing, finished grinding by rolling with separation of fine straw fraction from heap to produce non-fanned heap, which consists of grain and chaff with specific density of at least 220 kg/m3, with further transportation of heap into precleaning separator for separation of grain from chaff. Facilities for realisation of method include movable harvesting unit, transport vehicle and precleaning separator. Harvesting unit includes combing reaping machine, rotor threshing-separating device, set of concave sections and separator grids, which provide for preparation of heap with specific density of at least 220 kg/m3. Transport vehicle moves heaps to precleaning separator installed on stationary point. Precleaning separator provides for cleaning of heap to produce cleaned grain and non-grain fraction.
EFFECT: increased economic efficiency and productivity of the whole complex of machines.
