SUBSTANCE: air tire is produced using rubber mix for carcass and rim comprising 20 to 80 parts by weight of silicon dioxide per 100 parts by weight of rubber component. The latter consists of 5 to 70 parts by weight of liquid rubber and 95 to 30 parts by weight of solid rubber component. The latter comprises 30 to 100 wt % of natural rubber-based component that comprises at least one substance from the group including natural rubber and derived natural rubber. Rubber mix features high adhesion to tire cord, longer life and ease of processing.
EFFECT: reduced use of stock derived from oil.
