FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: there are received details from hot-rolled multiphase steel with structure, containing as minimum 30% of ferrite and maximum 50% of martensite - of two-phase steel or steel with TRIP-effect, herewith method includes hot rolling of steel in normal line for hot rolling, in line of casting and rolling of thin slabs or in lines of narrow- and medium-band mills, or in line of rod mill with standard compound and condition of process implementation, cooling, annealing at temperature less or more than 600°C and duration which is less or equal to 120 s with providing of particular accuracy and ratio of yield strength to ultimate stress of finished detail. Installation for method implementation contains line for hot rolling or casting and rolling of thin slabs, or narrow- and medium-band mill, or rod mill with standard compound and condition of process implementation, installation for cooling and heating installation, installed in selected place with ability of implementation of annealing (30, 35) at a temperature less or equal to 600°C and with duration of annealing less or equal to 120 s.
EFFECT: providing of improved combination of durability and plasticity of details.
