FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: meshy equal angle consists of two expanded webs arranged at the angle to each other, and coupled with their cylindrical surface inverted with their prominence outwards, and slots are arranged on each of webs, being placed in staggered order with displaced pitch and creating meshy structure after drawing with diamond-shaped cells and links between them, which are installed in single plane with solid strip section of metal. Meshy structure of web with two rows of diamond-shaped cells, which are parallel to each other and are installed at the angle to longitudinal axis of angle symmetry, is placed between stiffening rib and solid strip section of metal from web. Rows of diamond-shaped cells in webs are oriented towards each other (as herring-bone) relative to longitudinal axis. Links between diamond-shaped cells are installed in single plane with solid strip sections of metal along web edges. Method is described for manufacturing of meshy equal angle.
EFFECT: provision of required stiffness and adjacency, increased metal saving.
