FIELD: physics; radio.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to radio-electronics and can be used as source of random electromagnetic oscillations. The generator of random oscillations with inertial nonlinearity has an operational amplifier, the negative feedback circuit of which has a variable resistor and a first field-effect transistor, the input of which is connected to the output of the operational amplifier through a Wien RC-circuit and to the input of a second operational amplifier, the output of which is connected to the input of a nonlinear inertial converter, with the output of the nonlinear inertial converter connected to the input of the field-effect transistor.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of generating random auto-oscillations with given structure, simple design and power consumption of the generator.
