SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data transmission equipment, particularly to adaptive decoders for majority decoding. The technical outcome is achieved due to that, the adaptive decoder additionally includes: a demultiplexer, a first code type decoder and a first code type syndrome analyser, a second code type decoder and a second code type syndrome analyser, a third code type decocer and a third code type syndrome analyser, a unit for controlling modes of operation of the decoders, an erasure counter, a second OR component, eight and ninth switches, a communication channel quality analyser, an adaptive decoder distributor, a unit of memory elements and a channel quality decoder.

EFFECT: increased probability of receiving an undistorted code combination and accuracy of decoding when operating on low-quality communication channels, as well as increased noise immunity of the device.
