FIELD: medicine, veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science, and concerns preventions and treatment of inflammatory processes in an organism. That is ensured by single or repeated greasing of a damaged part of an animal's body with an oil-vegetative preparation. The preparation is made as follows: ground plants are put in a dark-glass bottle in the following weight ratio (g): elecampane roots - 20.0, greater burnet rhizomes and roots - 20.0, common licorice roots - 20,0, marsh mallow roots - 20.0, tormentil cinquefoil rhizomes - 20.0, sedge cane rhizomes - 20.0, common barberry rhizomes - 20.0, horse sorrel roots - 15.0, dry herb of cotton thistle with blossom - 15.5, oak bark - 20.0, full-mature fruits of cinnamon rose - 20.0, English walnut kernels - 20.0. The herbal raw material is filled in stirring with vegetable oil of weight 1200.0 g and left at room temperature and continuous stirring for 30 days. Then oil is separated and kept at temperature 2-4°C in dark glass bottles.
EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of inflammatory processes without using antibacterial preparations and by-effects.
