FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of pipe rolling, more precisely, to mills for cold rolling of pipes, working stand of which is arranged with movable power bed plate and cartridge, and is related to changing of cartridges. Mill comprises frame with guides, working stand installed on guides and facilities for fixation of power bed plate connecting rods and cartridge. Working stand comprises movable power bed plate with rack bars, movable cartridge with three rollers and gears arranged in its body and lever drive with two pairs of connecting rods with axles. One pair of connecting rods is connected to movable power bed plate, and the other one - with movable cartridge. Body of cartridge is arranged as split and consists of two parts, in one part of which rollers and gears are installed, and the other part of body is connected to the second pair of connecting rods. Both parts of cartridge body are fixed to each other by means of free fingers. In each finger there is wedge installed with underwedge. Stand is equipped with wiring arranged on axle of rolling, which aligns both parts of cartridge body. Mill is equipped with accessory for retention and transportation of cartridge and hydraulic drive for movable bed plate displacement in process of changing. Each facility for fixation of cartridge connecting rods is arranged in the form of limit screws, which are fixed on bracket mounted on frame, where limits screws are installed for support of the cartridge itself.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce labour intensiveness of cartridge changing in manufacturing of large diametre pipes.
