SUBSTANCE: high-voltage bushing (1) for high-voltage device contains electric insulation liquid and comprises hollow insulator body, which includes insulator (4a) on the first side and insulator (4b) on the second side, high-voltage conductor, screen (8) for voltage leveling, which is located between high-voltage conductor and insulator body, besides screen (8) is represented by concentric grounded tube. High-voltage device comprises at least one bushing arranged with screen for voltage leveling. High-voltage bushing comprises flange (6), which is arranged with the possibility to electrically connect bushing body with ground, and also contains a layer of dielectric material, including any of silicon rubber, composite material or varnish.
