FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: fat-and-oil phospholipid product is produced by means of hydration of unrefined corn oil with aqueous solution of reagent making phospholipid emulsion followed by its drying to produce phospholipids. After drying, phospholipids are extracted with ethanol preliminary treated in a rotating electromagnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.5-0.8 Tl with the ratio of phospholipids-ethanol (1:8)÷(1:10) and temperature of 25-30°C making alcohol soluble and alcohol insoluble fractions of phospholipids. Alcohol insoluble phospholipid fraction is separated from alcohol soluble phospholipid fraction and the alcohol insoluble phospholipid fraction is dried under vacuum to produce target product.
EFFECT: invention enables to manufacture a product with high hypoglycemic properties.
