FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of producing mechanical vibrations by a body in planetary motion with the help of device comprising casing with support central inner-gearing gear, planet pinion and pinion frame. Note here that angular speed of planet pinion (ωs) is selected equal to integer and greater by a while number of times that angular speed (ωs) of pinion frame transfer motion directed in opposite direction. Note also that center of mass of said planet pinion is displaced relative to its rotational axis. Also mind that selection of type and parameters of the law, which varies driving force brought about inertial force of common center of mass, a hypocycloids, is effected by selecting multiple ratio of the body angular speed-to-angular speed of transfer motion, and arranging the body center of mass relative to body rotational axis, ωs=-Nω, where N is the positive integers. Described method is implemented by proposed device.
EFFECT: producing stable-direction preset-shape vibration, transfer of inertial forces directly to casing, higher efficiency of vibration exciters.
