FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method for dry dressing of ore materials includes centrifugal-impact crushing-disintegration in centrifugal-impact crusher, gravitational separation in gravitational-air classifier with production of coarse and fine fractions and slurry, dry magnetic separation of fractions. Slurry after gravitational-air separation is a finished kaolin product. Coarse and fine fractions are sent for classification with production of oversized and undersized products of according fractions. Undersized product of fine fraction is sent for classification to high-frequency screen Kroosher with production of oversized and undersized products, the latter of which is sent to dry magnetic separation with value of magnetic inductance 1.5 Tesla for production of finished quartz-feldspar concentrate. Oversized product of fine fraction and oversized product of high-frequency screening are finished muscovite concentrates. Oversized product of coarse fraction is sent to dry magnetic separation with value of magnetic inductance 1.3 Tesla to produce non-magnetic fraction - finished quartz-feldspar concentrate, and magnetic fraction, which is sent to concentration table to produce finished muscovite concentrate. Undersized product of coarse fraction is sent to classification in high-frequency screen Kroosher with production of oversized product sent for dry magnetic separation with final concentration of magnetic fraction in concentration table and production of muscovite concentrate, and undersized product, which is combined with undersized product of high-frequency screening from fine fraction and sent for dry magnetic separation for production of finished quartz-feldspar concentrate.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of dry dressing of ores, and also improvement of ecological conditions of ore materials dressing process and reduction of energy inputs.
