FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pylon incorporates rigid structure (10) comprising multiple frames (30) arranged to constrict a part of, in fact, cylindrical fictitious round-section surface (32). Multiple frames include, in particular two side frames (28) to feel thrust forces arranged on both sides of central torsion box (20). Note here that every side frame (28) is rigidly attached, on the one side, to every frame (26) representing a circular section with center on lengthwise axis of fictitious surface and, on the other side, to central torsion box.
EFFECT: reduced disturbance of secondary flow from gas turbine engine compressor.
