SUBSTANCE: invention related to oil-and-gas industry, particularly for hydraulic fracturing liquids - GF, based on water. In a method of liquid gelling agent preparation for a GF polysaccharide liquid creation, represented as a slurry, which includes dissolving of a stabilising surface active substance - SSAS in a hydrocarbon fluid and the following slurrying in a created guar gum solution or in a hydroxypropylguar, and their mixture, using Neftenol BKC-H or Neftenol AF-41 as the SSAS, using a diesel fuel or a polyalkylbenzene as the hydrocarbon fluid, with the following wt % ratio: guar gum solution or hydroxypropylguar, or their mixture 35.0 - 60.0, the mentioned above SSAS - 0.25 - 5.0, the mentioned above hydrocarbon fluid is the rest. The liquid gelling agent for creation of GF polysaccharide liquid with the mentioned above method. The GF polysaccharide liquid, containing mentioned above liquid gelling agent, has the following composition wt %: liquid gelling agent 0.8 - 1.2, SAS- destruction controller 0.05 - 0.25, borate bonder BC-1 0.2 - 0.4, destructor XB 0.0025 - 0.1, the rest is water.
