FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, particularly to contents of cast iron which can be used for manufacturing of parts of thermal aggregates, furnaces. Cast iron contains, wt %: carbon 3.6-3.8; silicon 0.3-0.5; manganese 0.2-0.3; aluminium 2.0-3.0; boron 0.08-0.1; copper 1.0-1.4; lead 0.01-0.015; vanadium 0.2-0.3; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: cast iron allows high thermal stability.
