FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preprocessing of fibre crops and can be applied to breaker machinery. Device for sink of bast-fibers material contains pairs of rollers with longitudinal and located by helical curve riffles. Riffles of top and bottom rollers are located relative to each other with angular deflection in neighbouring couples for half of pitch of toothing. Under action of riffles of neighbouring couples of rollers layer executes plane-parallel motion and herewith in layer there are appeared oscillations of considerable intensity. In the issue there are increases bending stress in layer and inertial forces, operating for chaff in layer that will promote better removing of chaff from layer.
EFFECT: usage of particular invention provides increasing of effectiveness of cleaning of bast-fibers material against chaff and yield of long bast fiber.
